Paste each section into Shopify Admin > Settings > Policies. Replace the email address with your own support email if you set one up.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Wondr Light order. This policy explains when you can get a refund or return an item.
Free returns within 15 days If you change your mind, you can return your order within 15 days of receiving it. Returns are free: contact us first and we will give you return instructions at no cost to you.
Refund if your package is lost If your package is lost in transit, we will refund your order in full.
Refund if your items are damaged If your order arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will refund you in full.
Refund if your order is not delivered within 30 days If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the order date, you can ask us for a full refund.
How refunds are paid Refunds are paid to the original payment method used for the order.

Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy does not limit those rights.
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
Estimated delivery time Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the order date, you can ask us for a full refund (see our refund policy).
Tracking We email you a tracking number once your order has been sent, so you can follow your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes Orders sent to another country may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Unless they are shown at checkout, they are not included in the price you pay.
What is included Wondr Light is USB powered. A power adapter and cable are not included, so you will need to use your own USB power source.

Wondr Light ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order and tracking updates, provide customer support, and handle refunds and returns.
Who we share it with We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent, except where it is needed to run your order or where the law requires it. To fulfil your order we share what is needed with:
- our suppliers and shipping carriers, so they can pack and deliver your parcel (they may be located overseas);
- our payment providers, to process your payment;
- Shopify, which hosts our store.
How we protect it We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe and secure.

TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply when you use the Wondr Light website and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if there is a pricing or stock error.
Shipping and returns Shipping, refunds and returns are covered by our shipping policy and refund policy.
Product information We try to describe and show our products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours, patterns and appearance may vary from the real product.
Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
